Oliver Best
co-founder, director of business

Oliver has been Head of IT in international Retail. He spent the last two years in the area of payment innovationm covering various front-ends by working for a Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur.

He has more than 20 years experience in corporate finance and auditing, management consulting, process design and implementation with enterprise software, leadership and digital business transformation.

Oliver holds a Master’s degree in Economics & Finance from University of Applied Sciences in Cologne (Germany) and an Executive MBA in Business Engineering from University of St. Gallen (HSG) in St. Gallen (Switzerland) in collaboration with Santa Clara University (SCU) in Silicon Valley and Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU,上海交通大学).

Thomas Prosser
co-founder, director of technology

Thomas has been Key Account Manager for multinational quality assurance companies and IT Project Lead for major banking and financial services companies in change and quality assurance projects. He has more than 14 years of experience in software design, architecture & development, technology driven transformation and delivery of software applications.

Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Physics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich (Switzerland) and an Executive MBA in Business Engineering from University of St. Gallen (HSG) in St. Gallen (Switzerland) in collaboration with Santa Clara University (SCU) in Silicon Valley and Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU, 上海交通大学).

Our idea to create technology solutions to enhance digital consumer experience has been born while passing courses at Santa Clara University’s (SCU) Executive Development Center in Silicon Valley in 2011.
Retail Management Institute’s Dr. Kirthi Kalyanam (SCU) described the future of shopping as a “merger between online (shopping) experiences and an offline (physical) world”.

Since the introduction of location-based advertisment innovations such as Apple Inc.’s iBeacon technology in 2013 and other beacon technologies since then, we believe that location becomes the new cookie with an ongoing shift of customer engagement to mobile devices.

With our vast experience in developing and testing customer solutions, we are excited to continuously develop our platform (vCMP) and offer a highly scalable and reliable solution with seamless integration into our client’s IT environment.
